Eligibility Criteria

1. Senior Administrative Assistant (Academic)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Master’s Degree.
• Experience with Bachelor’s Degree: Five years of secretarial work experience in relevant areas such as HR Administration, Finance & Accounts, Academic, Purchase or School Secretariat.
• Experience with Master’s Degree: Three years of relevant experience.
• Typing Skill: Minimum English typing speed of 30 words per minute.

2. Administrative Assistant (Academic/Admission)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Master’s Degree.
• Experience with Bachelor’s Degree: Two years of relevant secretarial work experience.
• Experience with Master’s Degree: One year of relevant experience.
• Typing Skill: Minimum English typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the advertised posts is 40 years as on 31 August 2026. Relaxation in the upper age limit may be available to eligible candidates as per the applicable rules.

TISS Recruitment 2026 Salary

Selected candidates will receive the following monthly remuneration:

• Senior Administrative Assistant (Academic): Rs. 35,000/- per month
• Administrative Assistant (Academic/Admission): Rs. 25,000/- per month
