River Dolphin Survey से लेकर Big Conference तक: सरकार से जुड़ी आज की बड़ी अपडेट
Government News Update: Desh bhar se judi environment, parliament aur defence se related teen badi khabrein aaj saamne aayi hain. River Dolphin ke nationwide survey ki shuruaat ho chuki hai, Lucknow mein all-India level ka important conference chal raha hai, aur Mumbai mein international maritime exercise successfully conduct kiya gaya hai.
🟢 River aur Estuary Dolphin ka Second Nationwide Survey Start
Nadi aur muhana (estuary) areas mein paayi jaane wali dolphins ke doosre rashtriya star ke survey ki official shuruaat ho gayi hai. Ye survey Uttar Pradesh ke Bijnor se start hua hai aur ise ‘Project Dolphin’ ke tahat conduct kiya ja raha hai.
Environment, Forest and Climate Change Ministry ke mutabik, ye poora survey do phases mein complete hoga.
🔹 Phase 1 kya cover karega?
- Ganga river ka main stretch (Bijnor se Ganga Sagar tak)
- Indus (Sindhu) River bhi is phase mein shamil hogi
🔹 Phase 2 ka focus kahan hoga?
- Brahmaputra River
- Ganga ki major tributaries
- Sundarbans region
- Odisha ke river systems
Is survey ke zariye Indus River Dolphin aur Irrawaddy Dolphin ki population status ka assessment kiya jaayega. Saath hi, dolphins ke habitat, un par maujood threats aur conservation priority species ka bhi detailed study hogi.
Survey ke results se dolphin population ke latest estimates update honge, jo aage chal kar better conservation planning mein madad karenge.
Project Dolphin ki shuruaat 2020 mein Ministry of Environment dwara ki gayi thi.
Previous Survey (2021–23) ke mutabik, India mein lagbhag 6,327 river dolphins paayi gayi thi. Ye dolphins Ganga, Yamuna, Chambal, Gandak, Ghaghara, Kosi, Mahananda aur Brahmaputra jaise rivers mein mili thi. Beas river mein Indus dolphin ki ek chhoti population bhi record hui thi.
Sabse zyada dolphins Uttar Pradesh aur Bihar mein paayi gayi thi.
🟢 86th All India Presiding Officers Conference Lucknow mein Start
86va Akhil Bharatiya Peethaseen Adhikari Sammelan 19 January 2026 ko Lucknow mein shuru hua. Iska aayojan Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha mein kiya gaya hai.
Conference ke opening session ko Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla ne address kiya. Desh bhar se Vidhan Sabha aur Vidhan Parishad ke peethaseen adhikari is sammelan mein hissa le rahe hain.
Conference ke dauran:
- Legislative procedures par charcha hogi
- Parliamentary traditions par vichaar-vimarsh hoga
- Vidhan sabha ke sadanon ke functioning ka evaluation kiya jaayega
- Legislative kaam mein technology ke use par focus rahega
UP Vidhan Sabha Speaker Satish Mahana ne welcome address diya, jabki Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh bhi sammelan ko sambोधित karenge.
Ye conference teen din tak chalega aur iska samapan 21 January 2026 ko hoga. Closing address bhi Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla hi denge.
🟢 India–Japan Coast Guard ka Joint Maritime Exercise Mumbai mein
Indian Coast Guard (ICG) aur Japan Coast Guard (JCG) ne Mumbai mein jointly Hazardous and Noxious Substances (HNS) se nipatne ka special exercise conduct kiya.
Is exercise ne dono deshon ke beech majboot maritime partnership ko dikhaya aur Free aur Open Indo-Pacific region ke liye unki commitment ko bhi repeat kiya.
Exercise ka आयोजन ICGS Samudra Prahari (pollution control vessel) par kiya gaya.
Is mauke par Japan Coast Guard ke Commandant Admiral Yoshio Seguchi ne Indian Coast Guard ke Regional Headquarters (West) ka daura kiya. Unhone Coast Guard Region (West) ke Commander Inspector General Bhisham Sharma se bhi courtesy meeting ki.
Meeting ke dauran, dono sides ne close cooperation aur operational interoperability improve karne par zor diya.
Is visit ka highlight ek special joint training exercise raha, jisme:
- Indian Coast Guard Pollution Response Strike Team
- Japan Coast Guard National Strike Team
ne milkar hissa liya.
Exercise se pehle Mumbai mein detailed planning sessions hue. Baad mein ICGS Samudra Prahari par HNS response techniques ka joint demonstration aur review bhi kiya gaya.
Operational training ke alawa, Japanese delegation ne Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited ka bhi visit kiya.
