Total 182 vacancies are available for different apprentice categories including Graduate, Diploma and ITI trades in various NHPC units.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc(Engg.)/MBA/M.A./B.Com/B.Sc Nursing
- Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering/Nursing/Pharmacy/X-Ray
- ITI Apprentice: ITI in Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Carpenter, COPA, Plumber
Candidates must have completed their qualification and possess final marksheet. Awaiting result candidates are not eligible.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Age relaxation as per Apprentice Act 1961
- Candidate must be medically fit

Selection Process

- Graduate Apprentice: 20% (10th) + 20% (12th/Diploma) + 60% (Graduation)
- Diploma Apprentice: 30% (10th) + 70% (Diploma)
- ITI Apprentice: 30% (10th) + 70% (ITI)
Eligibility Conditions
- Candidate must be Indian Citizen
- Must have required qualification in relevant trade
- Applicants who already completed one year apprenticeship are not eligible
- Medical fitness required
